The Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program at HEC Liège University, a prestigious institution in Belgium, introduces a new course: “Project Management.

This course aims to equip leaders with the necessary skills to navigate the increasingly project-driven business landscape.

“In today’s globalized world, companies require constant innovation and development of impactful projects across all sectors”. Project Management course will address this need by providing participants with the key knowledge and tools to effectively manage and develop projects.

The course will be led by Dr. Edward Lin, a renowned expert with extensive experience in project management, supply chain management, business statistics, and international economic and trade analysis. Dr. Lin currently holds positions as Associate Dean of Management at the University of New Brunswick, Canada, and Dean of the School of Management at the National Taiwan University of Technology.

Project Management course will offer a practical curriculum focusing on analyzing, organizing, planning, and controlling projects. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge in managing project scope, schedule, and resources while navigating challenges related to time, cost, and quality. Specific topics covered will include the project life cycle, work breakdown structures, network diagrams, and scheduling and resource allocation techniques.
